Donna Segatto:
Born and raised in this community, Donna Segatto graduated from Schenectady County Community College in 1987. Although she earned her insurance license from Siena College in 1989, her introduction to the insurance industry had already made it’s impact as her father’s business offered her the ability to work throughout school, first as a bookkeeper, then as an administrative assistant, and then advancing to working with commercial lines. Her work ethic and desire to continue in the family business led to her being named as an office manager, until she was ultimately named President of Scautub Agency in 2001, a title she proudly still holds to this day.
Donna continues to live in Rotterdam with her husband and two sons. She’s a devoted runner who thrives on competing in all local community 5K charity runs to help benefit the community as well as worthy charitable organizations. She also likes to spend time showing her support for the Mohonasen swim teams, as both her sons are members on both the high school and middle school teams.
Mark Massaroni:
As a Siena graduate, Mark Massaroni immediately began working for the Scautub Agency in 1978. Starting as a summer job, he quickly became acquainted with all the different aspects of insurance and his interest and desire to maintain a relation with the insurance agency has led to his over 30 year alliance with the Scautub Agency, where he to this day remains as a producer and co-owner.
Mark is a lifelong resident of Rotterdam, where his lives with his wife and 3 sons. Aside from his strong relations to Schenectady through his career, he continues to fulfill his allegiance to his community through his desire to participate in youth and amateur sports with his sons. Whether it’s as a coach or simply a parent in the stands, Mark continues to support all youth and amateur sports throughout the community.
Trudey Chojecki:
As a graduate from Notre Dame-Bishop Gibbons, Trudey Chojecki embarked right upon her career as an insurance agent with Merchants Mutual Insurance Company in 1982. However, being a lifelong resident of Rotterdam herself, she appreciated the devotion and close-knit ties to the community that Scautub had to offer. This led to the initiation of her career with Scautub that started over 14 years ago and where she still remains as a producer today. She has built herself a strong clientele due to her great sense of humor and hospitality with her customers.
Trudey and her husband continue to be active in the community as they still live in Rotterdam with their two dogs. They are both avid golfers and enjoy a variety of outdoor activities. They also enjoy participating and competing in local bowling leagues.
Lisa Giordano:
Lisa Giordano is also a lifelong resident of Rotterdam who graduated from Schenectady County Community College in 1985. Lisa worked her way through college doing clerical work with Merchants Mutual Insurance Company, which led to her initial attraction to the insurance world. As the appeal of insurance grew, Lisa’s hard-working demeanor enabled her to advance her way up as she was offered a position in claims with The Hartford Company. In 2000, with The Hartford’s Company decision to move out of state, Lisa’s desire to remain in Schenectady led to her hiring at Scautub Agency as a Customer Service Representative, a job she still holds to this day.
Lisa is married and remains in Rotterdam with her two children. She is an active parent in youth sports as her children are greatly involved in baseball and soccer. Lisa and her family also enjoy camping on weekends throughout the state as they enjoy being outdoors and in nature.
