The dish should take a total of 50 minutes to make with 20 minutes of preparation and 30 minutes of cooking time. This recipe with yield 8 servings and is relatively easy to make. If you will be having more than 8 guests over, multiply as necessary.

What you’ll need:

  • 2 Cups of Peace Preserves or Jam
  • 3-4 Tablespoons of Olive Oil
  • 2 Tablespoons of Soy Sauce
  • 1 Tablespoon of Dijon Mustard
  • 1 Tablespoon of Finely Chopped Garlic
  • 1 Small Jalapeño, Finely Chopped
  • Kosher Salt & Freshly Ground Pepper
  • 8 Frenched Chicken Breasts
  • 4 Ripe Peaches, Cut in Half & Pitted

How to make your masterpiece:

First, combine the peach preserves or jam with the olive oil, soy sauce, mustard, garlic, and jalapeño in a medium sized bowl. Season the mixture with salt and pepper. Reserve ½ cup.

As you preheat the grill, brush the chicken breasts with olive oil and season with salt and pepper. It should take about 6-7 minutes for the chicken to turn golden brown when placed faced down on the skin-side onto of the grill. Turn the chicken breasts over, cooking for an additional 5-6 minutes. Once you brush each side with peace glaze, continue cooking until the chicken breasts are done. This should take an additional 4-5 minutes.

Next, place the peach halves cut side down on your grill for about 2 minutes. After you turn them over, brush the chicken breasts with the reserved ½ of peace glaze. Grill until the peaches are soft. This should only take 3-4 minutes.

Serve and enjoy!
